ICEY-TEK® Coolers are backed by a Limited 5 YEAR Manufacturer Defect Warranty
(Proof of Purchase Required)
Icey-Tek Canada is the sole agent for ICEY-TEK coolers for Canada.
Our goal is to make each sales experience with our company the best experience possible and provide a guarantee to the person who originally purchases our product that our ICEY-TEK coolers will remain free from defects in manufacturer’s workmanship and materials for a period of 5 years from date of purchase.
Normal wear and tear including but not limited to punctures, scratches, discoloration or fading of colors and breakdown of materials over an extended time period due to usage, exposure to sunlight or washing are not covered by this warranty.
Damage caused by misuse, or abuse, and failure to follow recommended care and use instructions will not be covered by this warranty.
Defects resulting from third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts are not covered by this warranty.
Under no circumstances does this warranty include any ICEY-TEK CANADA liability for any incidental or consequential damages from the use of our products or any malfunction of our products.
ICEY-TEK CANADA maximum responsibility under this warranty will not exceed the amount paid for the product at time of purchase.
The following conditions must be met for you to make a warranty claim.
- The product must have been purchased directly from ICEY-TEK CANADA or from an authorized ICEY-TEK CANADA Dealer.
- Proof of purchase including amount and date of purchase from ICEY-TEK CANADA or and authorized ICEY-TEK CANADA Dealer must be provided.
- The cooler must have been used only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care and use instructions.
- You must return the product for which you are placing the claim to ICEY-TEK CANADA.
HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM

One of our customer service representatives will respond back within 2-3 business days following a review of your request.
If your warranty claim is approved, you will be supplied with a pre-paid shipping label.
Products must be returned directly to ICEY-TEK CANADA in adequate cardboard packaging. Additionally, a copy of the original sales receipt must accompany the product when it is returned.
Ordering, Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy:
Customers ordering from the www.Icey-Tek.ca website are responsible for verifying their order details are correct, these include product style, size, color, and price. These details are all clearly shown prior to checkout and final order. No refund claims shall be accepted due to customer error without the prior consent of ICEY-TEK CANADA.
All shipping rates are for Canada only. Ice coolers/chests are bulky items and shipping is charged by dimensional weight.
We want to get you your Icey-Tek as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order within 48 hours subject to the item ordered being available from inventory. All orders will be confirmed as appropriate.

We’ve made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. All “Delivery by” dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Estimated Arrival Dates
Icey-Tek uses Ground service on all shipments unless otherwise noted. Please allow 48 hours for processing and an additional 1–7 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.
BC, AB, YT, NT, NU: 1-2 Business Days
SK, AB: 3-5 Business Days
ON, QC, NL, NB, PE, NS: 5-7 Business Days
Should a customer wish to return a cooler or another item, for any reason other than a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact ICEY-TEK CANADA to agree on a return shipping method. Customers will be required to pay return shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee. After these deductions, the refund balance will be made either by company check or credit card refund within 10 days of satisfactory return of goods.
Any local duties, tariffs, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer at the point of delivery.
If you receive an item that has clearly been damaged in shipment, please report the damage to the delivery company, for example, UPS or Fed Ex, and contact ICEY-TEK CANADA with the details within 24 hours of delivery.
